Kazakhstan eager to join the respectable serious organisations, is going, in protocol terms, to carry out humanization of its criminal policy. Possibly, the state will stop killing its citizens on legal grounds. In any case, at a recent international conference with a boring title "Conceptual approach to further development of criminal executive system of RK", we made representatives of world community understand that we would really love to abolish the capital punishment. Returning from summer vacation, our parliamentarians must consider the draft law "On changes and amendments in the criminal, procedural criminal and executive criminal codes of RK". And the government recently approved the concept of law policy, which had been elaborated for four years by jurists and state officials. 301
