In Moscow a workshop of CIS representatives took place on the problems of the plague of XX - and now XXI centuries. The theoretical conclusion of the participants is the following: we have to fight together. The reality: in all post-Soviet states there is a fast growth of the HIV-infected persons - today there are almost one million of them. 350
